Our platform leverages cloud-native technologies to provide scalable, secure, and customizable solutions for banks and lenders.As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, building and scaling the end-to-end architecture of our cloud-native lending platform. You’ll work across the stack - from crafting responsive and accessible UIs using React and TypeScript to building performant, secure Node.js microservices deployed on AWS.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software that meets business and compliance requirements. You should be passionate about elegant code, user experience, cloud infrastructure, and high-performing systems.ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll do:Front-end/UI Development
Design and implement modern, user-friendly interfaces using React and TypeScript
Work closely with product and design teams to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional and responsive web applications
Build reusable UI components and maintain design consistency across the platform using component libraries or design systems
Optimize frontend performance for speed and scalability across browsers and devices
Back-end Development
Develop scalable backend microservices using Node.js, following best practices in modular architecture and secure API design
Leverage AWS services (Lambda, EC2, RDS, S3, SQS, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL) to build and maintain cloud-native solutions
Design RESTful and GraphQL APIs to be consumed by internal teams and external clients
Create APIs and platform extension points for third-party integrations and customizations
Implement and maintain database models in PostgreSQL and DynamoDB
DevOps, CI/CD and Infrastructure
Use Docker and Kubernetes to containerize and orchestrate microservices across environments
Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions
Monitor application health and performance using tools like AWS CloudWatch, OpenSearch
Security & Compliance
Implement secure coding practices and integrate security features like OAuth2, JWT, role-based access control, and input validation
Ensure platform compliance with SOC 2, BSA/AML, and other lending regulations
Protect sensitive user and financial data in both frontend and backend layers
Team Collaboration
Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA, and DevOps to build solutions that meet customer needs
Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, planning, retrospectives)
QualificationsWhat we're looking:
5+ years of experience in full stack development with a strong focus on Node.js and React
Proven expertise in building scalable UIs with modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred) and TypeScript
Strong experience designing RESTful APIs and working with microservices architecture.
Experience with AWS cloud services: Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, SQS, etc.
Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and modern deployment practices
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and test automation frameworks
Understanding of security best practices for web and cloud applications
Strong database skills with relational and NoSQL systems
