- Provide technical support to the sales force by bringing deep or specific product and application knowledge
- Consult and advise the customers by understanding their needs, application requirements and competitive environment
- Preparation and execution of trainings and presentations for customers in order to develop their knowledge and skills in targeted product and application scope
- Monitor of novelties in the offer of SE and competitors in the field of assigned product scope and software
- Influence the electrical designers and other decision makers by understanding of environmental requirements, legislation, industry and energy efficiency standards and promoting added value of Schneider Electric system architecture and services
- Site visits to resolve customers’ complex issues
- Work closely with the Offer Management and respective sales persons for Universal Panels & Enclosures.
- Support panel builders on technical and industrial matters.
- Contribute to Schneider Electric business development with partners having license contract with Schneider Electric and guarantee partner's level of quality in their production in line with Schneider Electric requirements
- Administration of all activities and reporting on monthly basis.
- 2 or more years of electrical engineering and/or automation experience
- Advance understanding of low voltage electrical distribution and power enclosures
- Basic knowledge of medium voltage distribution, secure power, cloud computing, motor control and industrial automation, basic knowledge in relay protection.
- Basic knowledge in wireless sensors and measurement devices.
- Basic knowledge in Data aggregation servers & Gateways.
- Basic knowledge in Industrial communication protocols ( Modbus, OPC, Ethernet )
- Previous experience in designing or execution in the electrical industry environment would be preferrable
- Knowledge of Schneider Electric products or softwares would be preferrable
- Computer skills (MS Office, Autocad basics)
- Open to new technologies and digitization
- Fluent in English.
