Start: asap next starts : 28-July-2025August, SeptemberWorking hours: day shift 10:00am-7:00pm, late shifts 12:00 -9:00pm or night only from 5:00 pm-2:00 am and part-timers as well.Tasks:As a representative of the brand, you will be expected to deliver high-quality customer service mainly by inbound calls, live chat, email and social media.As a Customer Support assistant, you will be responsible for handling all communications and assisting our customers with inquiries and issues they may face.Profile:
  • Fluency in German, both written and verbal
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Interest in sports
  • Work experience in a customer service center is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
  • Be organized, decision-making and analytical skills
  • Team player with a great attitude
  • High school education
