Further information is available at .We are currently looking for a Junior Financial Operations Analyst based in the Sofia office who will be assisting the line manager and team in the processing of ACH rejects, uploading billing files, analysis of accounts, action items for recoveries of funds, reconciliations, management of suspense accounts and reporting. This position works in close partnership with the Operations team, Accounting, Reconciliations, Account Management and Customer Success teams, to ensure that all financial reporting activities are carried out in a timely, accurate and compliant manner.What to expect:
Prepare and process monthly manual billing for our Merchant Solutions division, including ACH billing
Assist with the processing of system/front-end and card scheme rejects
Prepare and analyze KPI reports
Assist with the reconciliation and billing of monetary adjustments accounts for US Acquiring
Communicate with key internal stakeholders to help resolve issues and provide clarifications, as needed, on a timely basis
Help drive continuous improvement to procedures and internal controls
Perform all ad hoc tasks on request to support line manager and Financial Operations wider team
To be successful you need to have:
Degree level education
At least 1-year relevant work experience
Ability to handle multiple activities successfully while adhering to strict deadlines
Attention to detail with sound analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
Excellent investigative skills
Excellent Excel skills, MS office
The ability to be an excellent team player and build strong relationships, work cross function and with teams across the globe
