  • Write reports designed to assist Operations and department managers.
  • Work on product releases from the Operations department perspective.
  • Manage Back-End and CRM configurations.
  • Investigate different types of technical issues.
  • Create Admin accounts and manage employee permissions.
  • Prepare specifications for new projects and future development requests.
  • Be involved in specific security projects and provide resolution to escalated cases in terms of Risk.
  • Administrate multiple operational systems.

  • Have previous experience in a similar role.
