- Write reports designed to assist Operations and department managers.
- Work on product releases from the Operations department perspective.
- Manage Back-End and CRM configurations.
- Investigate different types of technical issues.
- Create Admin accounts and manage employee permissions.
- Prepare specifications for new projects and future development requests.
- Be involved in specific security projects and provide resolution to escalated cases in terms of Risk.
- Administrate multiple operational systems.
- Are tech-savvy and want to develop in a dynamic environment.
- Are fluent in English.
- Have previous experience in a similar role.
- Have strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Possess excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Like to solve problems and to multitask.
- Good Computer literacy (MS Office).
- Having previous experience in the Online Gambling industry.
