Job PurposeResponsible for the execution of tasks in the Commercial Administration Support Services Team: Supporting Key Account Management, performing contract related activities and monitoring account performances.Key Responsibilities
Support Key Accounts in the preparation of contracts by providing data and ensuring compliance with CCEP DE guidelines
Support Key Accounts, by managing regular and ad hoc queries and direct customer support activities
Perform maintenance and error correction in accordance with the terms of contracts with the mainly focus on pricing
Participate in Key Account meetings
Taking part in projects
Perform posting and settlement processes
Monitor account performances and customer compliance to contracts
Coordinate with Finance team to support invoicing for the account
Experience required
Experience in the Coke system would be an advantage
Education & Qualifications required
Completed business management training or experience in a commercial or back office area
