Reach out to potential customers to generate interest and schedule face-to-face appointments at their homes with an advisor.
Coordinate appointment dates and ensure they are logged in the advisor's calendar.
Support the sales team by converting cold leads into warm leads.
Confirm scheduled appointments one day in advance.
Requirements
No specific diplomas or certificates are required.
Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
Entry-level candidates are welcome.
Native Dutch (preferably Flemish) with strong communication skills.
Basic PC skills (MS Office).
Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
Resilience, positive mindset, and attention to quality.
Ideal for individuals with a mature, disciplined, and structured approach (+45 years preferred).

Working Conditions
KPI: 0.9 - 1 appointment per hour with a maximum 15% cancellation rate.
Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 21:00.
No weekend work.
Office-based in Sofia (preferred), hybrid, or fully remote (within Bulgaria).
Minimum internet speed requirements for remote work: 20 Mbps download / 8 Mbps upload.
