- Providing feedback to end users after request or after processing a specific case;
- Maintaining up-to-date information in the database about performed activities and operations;
- Operating with specialized software to provide queries and support for work systems.
- Very good level of German and English - minimum C1 level;
- Great communication skills;
- Self-motivation, pragmatic and friendly approach;
- Well-developed customer orientation skills;
- Willingness to learn and develop;
- Positive attitude, the desire to learn new skills and a strong work ethic;
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
