- Participating in the NIQ New service model transformation by driving its adoption of tiered client servicing in view of analytical deliverables possible as per credit calculation for the given client based and its investment.
- Building effective relationships with client representatives in joint business planning and its governance taking into consideration client priorities, strategies and targets and assuring implementation of the analytical commitments with actionable and quantified insights, driving elevated and promoted client feedback
- Actively coordinating with client for the planning, production and presentation of analytical materials. Aligning all details with client - brief, deadlines, delivery format, presentation language, audience, place, preliminary draft sharing to client, etc
- Managing daily servicing and enquiries related to analytical questions raised by NIQ FMCG manufacturer clients via NSS and contributing to the achievement of client satisfaction targets.
- Being available for client calls and meetings related to current market and industry trends and data analytic methods.
- Engaging with client to drive satisfaction with additional analytical materials (local, regional, Thought Leadership) via NSS or during workshops with clients
- Assistance in planning and production of local analytical materials to drive team goals.
- Working with other teams and supporting them when asked with information about the client market performance, retail market dynamics (to client SPOC, sales specialists, Customer Service specialists, regional CBP, client and report liaisons, team leaders, market leader, etc.)
- Assisting our sales experts with covering the production of paid analytical deliverables for one-off or low-tier client without permanent Analytics & Insights specialist assigned
- Being an expert in NIQ products, methodology and FMCG industry trends
- Strong professional communication skills – very good English (written and spoken)
