- Respond promptly to HR-related inquiries via phone and email.
- Log and manage queries using internal ticketing systems.
- Provide information and clarification on HR policies, benefits, procedures, and more.
- Maintain high standards of service quality, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Resolve queries effectively, taking ownership of individual performance metrics
- Fluency in German (B2 level or higher).
- Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
