Team: Consumer DesignAbout the RoleWe're looking for a curious, hands-on, and user-centered Product Designer to join the Consumer Design team at Paysafe. You'll help shape the end-to-end customer experience for key digital wallet features such as onboarding, payments, loyalty, and promotions.You'll contribute to products like Skrill, PaysafeCard, and PaysafeCash, helping improve everyday financial experiences for millions of users.You'll collaborate across disciplines and be involved in every stage of the product development lifecycle - from early discovery and ideation, through prototyping and validation, to final implementation and review. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, iterative environment and wants to deliver real impact through thoughtful, accessible, and intuitive design.What to expect:
  • Design end-to-end product experiences across mobile and web platforms
  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI across mobile and web platforms
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, UX Writers, and Researchers throughout the product lifecycle
  • Translate business goals and user needs into clear, usable, and engaging experiences
  • Support continuous improvement by participating in usability reviews, validation sessions, and design critiques
  • Apply and evolve shared patterns from the Global Design System to ensure consistency and scalability
  • Leverage user insights, behavioral data, and experimentation to guide and improve your design decisions
To be successful, you need to:
  • Have 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer
  • Show a portfolio that demonstrates your process, design thinking, and execution
  • Be proficient in Figma (including prototyping and component-based workflows)
  • Have experience working in cross-functional squads with Product and Tech
  • Understand mobile-first and responsive design principles
  • Be fluent in English (spoken and written)
